- 1 floz Baileys® Irish Cream
- 0.75 floz Vanilla Vodka
- 0.5 floz Cinnamon Syrup*
- 2 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
- 4 floz Crème Soda
- 0.5 floz Baileys® Irish Cream reserved

Instructions
- In a shaker glass with ice shake all ingredients except Ice Cream and Cream Soda. Add 2 scoops of ice cream to a tall glass. Pour the reserved Baileys Irish Cream over the top of the ice cream. Add chilled spirits and top with crème soda. Add straw and enjoy. *Make simple syrup (1 cup each water and sugar heated to a slow boil) and soak ½ cinnamon stick in it overnight.
