Such a fun Halloween cocktail. The pickled beet juice gives it a nice bloody look and a taste like a dirty martini.

Instructions
  1. Into a mixing glass, toss a handful of ice cubes then pour in the Absolut and the Vermouth.
  2. Stir well or some may prefer shaken!
  3. Strain and pour into a martini glass.
  4. To finish, drop a small amount of beet juice and some plastic bloody bones into the drink.
