- 2 floz Pineapple Juice
- 3 Dashes of Grenadine
- Fresh grated Nutmeg for dusting

- Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg
