Instructions

In a shaker glass with ice shake all ingredients except Soda. In a tall glass with ice, strain in all ingredients. Fill with Ginger ale. Garnish with sliced pears and a cinnamon stick. *Make simple syrup (1 cup each water and sugar heated to a slow boil) and soak ½ cinnamon stick, thin slice of ginger and ¼ medium pear in it overnight.
