Bacardi Cocktail

Bacardi Cocktails were originally a Daiquiri served straight up just Rum and lime juice. As the drink became Americanized it included grenadine which gives it a sweeter taste and red color.

1 floz Bacardi Rum Usually Bacardi Superior
0.25 floz Grenadine
2 floz Sweet & Sour Mix

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake till chilled. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge
