Once Upon a Peach

Delightful spring cocktail with fresh white peaches, Vodka and St Germain. This is one for any party.

1.5 floz Vodka
1 floz St Germain
0.5 ounce simple syrup
0.5 ounce fresh lemon juice
Club Soda
0.5 large peach sliced
6 small basil leaves plus more for garnish

Instructions

Muddle the basil in a tall glass, add ice, peaches and liquid ingredients. Stir, top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and a basil leaf.
