Very festive and great for a batch recipe – Make a lot of each color and put it in the freezer to hold, salt the glasses and when guests come over use and ice cream scoop to layer the colors. Yummy!
Pour in blender over ice and mix till very frozen.
Make the White Mix and put in freezer to hold
Make another batch of the White Mix and add the strawberries put in freezer to hold
Make a batch of the Blue Mix and put in freezer to hold. When ready spoon each layer into salted Margarita glasses. Float 1 floz of Anjeo Tequila on top. Garnish with a lime wheel and a strawberry.
