Much maligned cocktail of the ’00s this hits the sour notes as well as the strong notes. Great for those who like a flavored martini but don’t like sweet.
Into a mixing glass, add ice cubes then pour in the Vodka, Cointreau and Schapps. Add a squeeze of lemon.
Strain and pour into a chilled cocktail glass that has been sugar rimmed. Garnish with an apple.
