It’s a band, it’s a drink, it’s the 80’s. B52’s were and remain popular shooters. There are many variations to this drink; it’s usually layered by hand in a shot or sherry glass. Very tasty and on the too rich sweet side it remains one of the more popular bar shots.

Named after the Australian Howler monkeys, called Banshee’s. You can substitute ice cream for a really rich dessert drink. They’re like the frozen chocolate bananas you get at the fair. they're a real guilty pleasure!

Ice cream desserts watch out, the Bitch Slap is the perfect way to end a great dinner.

A creamy holiday cocktail that looks as pretty as it tastes.   is a yummy holiday drink.  Add a candy cane tied with a holiday ribbon for a festive presentation.  Cocktail glasses can be prepared/chilled in the fridge the day before the event.  The syrup will swirl better if both the glass and syrup are chilled.

Nothing says the holidays like a little sparkle!  We made a kickin' and added chocolate stars and real editable gold flakes.  (available on Amazon)  This is a fun girly drink and one of the few that when you finish the drink well you have to eat the chocolate stars.  Oh darn!  Holiday cocktails should be fun and that's just what this one is, fun.

The origins of the French Connection is vague but the drink is not. This is a great after dinner drink. Great for sipping with Cognac and Amaretto it counts on great ingredients instead of mixers to give it its unique taste. With drinks like this it is always best to use the best ingredients you can afford. We like Amaretto DiSaronno and Hennessey VSOP in ours. Affordable but still great quality.

Love this drink! Sweet and fun it hits all the flavor marks for a summer cocktail. We love the Raw Vanilla Liqueur, not the Schnapps, by Dr. McGillicuddy. It brings a great smoothness and rich flavor to the drink. Did we say we love it!

Grasshoppers are a sweet, mint-flavored, after-dinner drink. The name of the drink is derived from its green color, which is provided by the green crème de menthe. The drink reputedly originated at Tujague's, a landmark bar in the French Quarter of New Orleans. It gained popularity during the 1950s and 1960s throughout the American South as a perfect way to top off a heavy meal taking advantages of mint’s naturally stomach settling effects.

Hop and Skip is another dessert drink that will hit all the right notes when you just want to finish the evening with something sweet and right. Just the right amount of kick this drink will help you ease into the right frame of mind.

Jamacia Shake is an interesting blend of Bourbon and Dark Rum combined with cream. Shouldn't work but it does. Just use a really high quality dark rum.

Kahula and Cream is a great after dinner drink that goes down like a cold adult coffee! Low proof and very drinkable this is a great drink for when you just want something tasty to finish off the evening but still get up in the morning to go to work. A little on the rich side the heavy cream offsets the coffee liqueur with just the right level of sweetness. Yum!

Nudist Colony is a drink with a lot of botanical overtones with the Chartreuse and Dubonnet. A great after dinner drink it has a lot of body and taste and is great for sipping. Very layered with each of the liquors bringing out their own character one at a time.

A great cold weather drink, the Nutty Irishman, we think ski lodge good, sitting before a roaring fire with a great book and your feet propped up. Rich and decadent a perfect guilty pleasure.

The creamier version of the Pink Lady for this recipe is thought to have been around since the 1920's. As most older drinks there are many versions this one uses both cream and an egg white. Once named on Esquire's list of the ten worst cocktails, most likely due to it's girly nature and color, it is still a great drink that has more kick then one would think.

This is amazing, it's pumpkin pie with a kick. If you love pumpkin pie with a scoop of ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, you will love, love love this drink. Pumpkin Pie Martini is like fall in a glass. Enjoy!

OMG, this is like drinking your favorite candy bar! Salted Caramel Martini is awesome if you you want something sweet and yummy. Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico and Kahlua along with some salted Caramel Syrup blend to perfection.

The Stinger during the heyday of its popularity, it was considered an ideal "nightcap" for a night out in New York. Dudly, the Angel, orders a round of Stingers while lunching with ladies from the church in "A Bishop's Wife". The drink is also featured in the Mad Men episode "Love Among the Ruins," set in 1963, when a man buys Peggy Olson a stinger at a bar. It is also seen as a hair of the dog cocktail and good for those suffering a hangover or people who want a quick drink but don’t want the smell of alcohol on their breath. Add green Crème de Menthe and you have a Green Hornet a fun drink from the 40’s.

The blend of dark rum, chocolate and honey make a warm cozy drink.  Great for after dinner or sipping with your pals it has enough taste to hold up to dessert as well.  This drink in one hand and a bowl of ice cream in the other... HEAVEN

An awesome after dinner drink, the White Russian is just a Black Russian with some cream added. Higher proof than you would think, it tends to be too rich and sweet for more than a couple but is a nice finish to a good dinner.
